Stacking rack TÜV 1545x1180x310 mm - single - 50x50 mm grid

Hot-dip galvanized stacking rack, also known as Eurorack, stacking rack or stacking frame, with TÜV certification, ideal for transport and storage of pallets. The outer dimensions are 1545x1180x310 mm, measured from center to center of the legs. The effective inner dimensions between the legs or tubes are 1310x940 mm. This rack is equipped with a 50x50 mm wire grid and is suitable for applications in, for example, horticulture or for storing smaller goods.

The system is very flexible and can be easily adjusted to seasonal peaks by adding extra storage capacity. The hot-dip galvanized finish prevents rust formation, makes the rack scratch-resistant, and increases its sturdiness. This rack is exclusive of pipes, but the pipes at the corners are available in multiple standard heights. The load capacity varies between 1500 and 2000 kg per rack, depending on the stacking height, while the own weight of the rack is 35 kg.

When stacking two racks on top of each other, a gap must be considered between the racks equal to the length of the pipe minus 8 cm. This space is created because the pipe slightly sinks into the lower rack and the upper rack slightly slides over the pipe.
