Tire storage for passenger cars
Our handy storage racks for car tires are both collapsible and stackable, making them incredibly practical. When filled with tires, they can be stacked up to 10 layers high. When collapsed, up to 32 racks can be stacked, providing impressive space-savings. These racks can be easily moved with a forklift. They are finished with a powder coating in RAL color 5010 and offer the flexibility of removable brackets and removable or fixed sidewalls.
The load capacity of each storage rack is 300 kg, while the rack itself weighs only 69 kg. The rack is accessible from all four sides with a forklift and accommodates up to 28 tires with a diameter of up to 16 inches. A truck with a capacity of 120 m³ can transport as many as 210 of these racks.
Compared to non-stackable tire racks, this solution offers significant capacity for tire storage. With a total of 280 tires (10 layers of 28 units each), this is an extremely efficient method for storing tires, especially during busy periods such as tire change weeks. These racks provide a safe and space-saving solution for both car and truck tires.
