Caster wheel PU Ø 200 mm - with ball bearing - 450 kg

This caster wheel is suitable for heavy loads thanks to its load capacity of 450 kg. The wheel features a tread made of sprayed polyurethane and a core made of high-quality polyamide. This results in low rolling resistance and quiet operation, while the wheel is also sustainable and streak-free.

The wheel comes with a mounting plate of 135 x 110 mm. The bore diameter is 20 mm and the overall height of the caster wheel is 238 mm. The tread width is 50 mm and the distance between the mounting holes is 105 x 80/75 mm. The tread has a hardness of 70° - 80° Sh.A. The mounting holes have a diameter of 11 mm and the internal fork width is 63.5 mm. The fork, type MD50, is made of galvanized steel and the wheel can be used in a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. The rim is made of plastic and provides perfect adhesion to the core. This transport wheel is hygienic and maintenance-free, making it commonly used in the food industry. Moreover, the wheel is compatible with all roll containers and dollies in our range.
