This sturdy transport wheel with mounting plate has an impressive load capacity of 800 kg and is exceptionally suitable for heavy transport on smooth floors without thresholds and debris. The tread is made from hard nylon with a hardness of 70° ±5° Sh.D, which ensures excellent rolling properties and resistance to lateral peak loads.
The transport wheel comes with a mounting plate measuring 105 x 86 mm. The axle hole diameter is 20 mm and the overall height of the swivel caster is 140 mm. The tread width is 45 mm, the center-to-center distance of the mounting holes is 80/77 x 60 mm, and the diameter of the mounting holes is 9 mm. The internal fork width measures 50 mm. The swivel caster is equipped with a central kingpin, making it particularly -resistant to regular peak loads. The weight of the wheel is 2.09 kg.
The fork (type: HD80) is made of galvanized steel, while the swivel caster itself is made of high-quality polyamide (cast nylon). The temperature range for the wheel is between -30° C and +80° C. This wheel can be mounted under any roll container and dolly in our range.
