This strong transport wheel with plate mounting has a load capacity of 700 kg. The tread of the swivel caster is made of nylon with a hardness of 70° ±5° Sh.D, making it ideally suited for heavy transport on smooth floors without thresholds and debris. The wheel is wear-resistant, shock-resistant, and fitted with a foot brake at the rear.
The mounting plate has dimensions of 135 x 110 mm. The bore diameter is 20 mm, and the overall height of the swivel caster is 190 mm. The tread width is 50 mm, and the spacing of the mounting holes is 105 x 80/75 mm. The diameter of the mounting holes is 11 mm, and the internal fork width is 63.5 mm. Thanks to the central kingpin, this swivel caster is very suitable for frequent peak loads. The weight of this wheel with brake is 3.06 kg. In addition, this wheel can be mounted under any roll container and dolly in our range.
The fork (type: MD70) is made of galvanized steel, while the swivel caster is made of polyamide plastic. The temperature range of the wheel is -30° C to +80° C.
