This robust transport wheel with mounting plate has an impressive load capacity of 800 kg and is ideal for heavy transport on smooth floors without thresholds and debris. The tread is made of nylon with a hardness of 70° ±5° Sh.D, providing excellent rolling performance and durability.
The swivel caster is supplied with a mounting plate of 105 x 86 mm. The bore diameter is 20 mm, and the construction height is 120.5 mm. The tread width is 45 mm, with mounting holes at a center distance of 80/77 x 60 mm and a diameter of 9 mm. The inner fork width is 50 mm. The design of the swivel caster is equipped with a central kingpin, making it particularly suitable for regular peak loads. The wheel's weight is 1.89 kg.
The material of the fork (type: HD80) is galvanized steel, while the swivel caster itself is made of high-quality polyamide (cast nylon). The temperature range of the wheel is between -30° C and +80° C. This wheel is suitable for attachment under any roll container and dolly in our range.
