This swivel caster is designed for a high load capacity of 500 kg, making it ideal for both light and heavy transport, even on less smooth floors. The tread of the wheel consists of molded polyurethane (PU) with a core of black painted cast iron, which ensures low rolling resistance and quiet operation. With a hardness of 90° - 98° Sh.A (HARD), this wheel is wear-resistant and streak-free.
The swivel caster construction is equipped with a central kingpin, making the wheel very suitable for regular peak loads. The mounting plate measures 135 x 110 mm and the axle bore diameter is 20 mm. The overall height of the swivel caster is 190 mm, while the tread width is 50 mm. The center distance of the mounting holes is 105 x 80/75 mm with a diameter of 11 mm for the mounting holes. The internal fork width is 63.5 mm, and the material of the fork (type: MD50) is galvanized steel. The total weight of the swivel caster is 4.70 kg, and the temperature range is between -30°C and +80°C.
For applications where chemicals, oils, and greases play a role, this polyurethane swivel caster is a suitable alternative to vulcanized natural rubber. This wheel can easily be mounted under any roll container and dolly in our range.
