This swivel caster, ideal for medium-duty loads, has a load capacity of 250 kg. The tread is made of sprayed polyurethane with a core of high-quality polyamide, providing low rolling resistance and quiet operation. The wheel is not only wear-resistant but also marks-free.
The overall height of the swivel caster is 190 mm, the tread width is 45 mm, and the hole spacing is 105 x 80/75 mm. The wheel comes with a mounting plate of 135 x 110 mm. The axle bore diameter is 20 mm, and the mounting holes have a diameter of 11 mm. The internal fork width is 63.5 mm, and the material of the fork (type: MD50) is galvanized steel. The hardness of the tread ranges between 70° and 80° Sh.A.
The temperature range of the wheel varies from -20°C to +70°C. Thanks to the central kingpin construction, this swivel caster is very suitable for regular peak loads. These wheels with polyurethane tread are also an excellent alternative to filled natural rubber, especially when chemical agents, oils, and fats are involved.
