This strong transport wheel with plate fastening has an impressive load capacity of 800 kg. The swivel caster features an extra hard nylon tread with a hardness of 70° ±5° Sh.D, making it particularly suitable for heavy transports on smooth floors without thresholds and debris. The wheel is wear-resistant, shockproof, and equipped with a foot brake at the rear for added safety.
The wheel comes with a mounting plate of 105 x 86 mm, a bore diameter of 20 mm, and a construction height of 120.5 mm. The tread width is 45 mm, and the center distance of the mounting holes is 80/77 x 60 mm. The diameter of the mounting holes is 9 mm, and the internal fork width measures 50 mm. The central kingpin construction makes the wheel particularly suitable for frequent peak loads. The own weight of the swivel caster is only 2.22 kg.
The fork (type: HD80) is made of galvanized steel, while the swivel caster itself is made of high-quality polyamide (cast nylon). The temperature range of the wheel is from -30° C to +80° C. This wheel can be easily attached to any roll container and dolly in our assortment.
