This strong transport wheel with plate attachment has a load capacity of 800 kg. The tread of the swivel caster, made of extra hard nylon with a hardness of 70° ±5° Sh.D, is excellent for heavy transport on smooth floors without thresholds and debris.
The wheel comes with a mounting plate of 105 x 86 mm. The axle hole diameter is 15 mm, the overall height of the swivel caster is 97 mm, and the tread width is 45 mm. The distance between the mounting holes is 80/77 x 60 mm, with a diameter of 9 mm for the mounting holes and an internal fork width of 50 mm. Thanks to the central kingpin, this wheel is highly suitable for regular peak loading. The own weight of the swivel caster is 1.61 kg and it can be attached to any roll container and dolly in our assortment.
The fork (type: HD80) is made of galvanized steel, while the swivel caster itself is made of high-quality polyamide (cast nylon). The operating temperature range of the wheel is -30° C to +80° C.
