Swivel castor elastic rubber Ø 160 mm - with ball bearing and Brake - 400 kg

This strong transport wheel is designed for heavy loads and offers a load capacity of up to 400 kg. It features a brake and a plate mounting and is equipped with an aluminum core, making the wheel -resistant to peak loads. The tread, with a hardness of 65° - 75° Sh.A (COMFORT), is made of vulcanized black elastic natural rubber with a low rolling resistance compound. This results in a very wear-resistant tread with excellent rolling properties, even at maximum load.

The wheel comes with a mounting plate of 135 x 110 mm. The bore diameter is 20 mm, the overall height of the swivel castor is 195 mm, and the tread width is 50 mm. The mounting holes have a center distance of 105 x 80/75 mm, a diameter of 11 mm, and the internal fork width is 63.5 mm. The design of the swivel castor, with a central kingpin, makes it particularly suitable for regular peak loads. The weight of the swivel castor is 3.03 kg.

The material of the fork (type: MD50) is made of galvanized steel and the temperature range is between -20° C and +70° C. This swivel castor is ideal for heavier transport carts or containers, such as waste containers, and can be mounted under any roll container and dolly in our range.
