This robust transport wheel with plate mounting has a load capacity of 500 kg and is ideal for heavier transport carts or containers, such as waste containers. The tread is made from vulcanized black elastic natural rubber with a low-resistance compound and a hardness of 65° - 75° Sh.A (COMFORT). Thanks to its high wear resistance and perfect adhesion to the core, the rolling properties deliver excellent performance even under maximum load. The elastic properties of the tread ensure outstanding performance during peak loads, while the aluminum core makes the wheel extra -resistant to peak loads.
The swivel castor is supplied with a mounting plate of 135 x 110 mm. The axle hole diameter is 20 mm, and the construction height of the wheel is 238 mm. The tread width is 50 mm, with mounting holes at a center distance of 105 x 80/75 mm and a diameter of 11 mm. The inner fork width measures 63.5 mm. The design features a central kingpin, making the wheel particularly suitable for frequent peak loads. The own weight of the swivel castor is 3.18 kg.
The material of the fork (type: MD50) is galvanized steel, and the temperature range is from -20° C to +70° C.
