This transport wheel is a strong swivel castor with a brake and plate mounting, suitable for a load capacity of 500 kg. The tread is made of vulcanized black elastic natural rubber with a lightly running compound and a hardness of 65° - 75° Sh.A (comfort). This results in a very wear-resistant tread with perfect bonding to the core. Thanks to its high elasticity, the rolling properties are excellent even at maximum load. The aluminum core makes the wheel -resistant to peak loads.
The swivel castor comes with a mounting plate measuring 135 x 110 mm. The axle hole diameter is 20 mm, and the overall height is 238 mm. The wheel has a tread width of 50 mm, and the center distance of the mounting holes is 105 x 80/75 mm. The diameter of the mounting holes is 11 mm, and the internal fork width is 63.5 mm. The construction with a central kingpin makes the wheel very suitable for regular peak loads. The weight of the swivel castor is 3.55 kg.
The fork (type: MD50) is made of galvanized steel, and the temperature range is between -20° C and +70° C. This swivel castor is ideal for heavier transport carts or containers, such as waste containers.
