The heavy duty swivel castor with brake, for roll containers, is the strongest swivel castor in our range. This wheel has a load capacity of 500 kg , making it suitable for the heaviest loads. The weight of the wheel is 2.5 kg and it is made of a gray aluminum core with a tread of brown polyurethane. This makes the wheel ideal for moving heavy loads. The diameter of the wheel is 125 mm, it leaves no marks on the surface and is sound-dampening. Thanks to the gray aluminum core, the wheel is very strong and sustainable.
The wheel is equipped with a double ball bearing and has a housing and mounting plate. The base plate has a hole pattern of 105 x 84/76 mm, suitable for M10 bolts. These are slot holes, where the distance between the bolts in width is variable between 76 and 84 mm. The temperature range in which the wheel can be used is -20°C to +60°C.
Note: The maximum load capacity of four wheels is approximately 2000 kg , but the frame of the roll container must also be suitable for 2000 kg .
