This sturdy transport wheel with plate attachment has an impressive load capacity of 800 kg and is particularly suitable for heavy transport on smooth floors without thresholds and debris. The tread of the swivel castor, made of nylon with a hardness of 70° ±5° Sh.D, guarantees excellent rolling performance. The wheel is wear-resistant, shockproof, and equipped with a foot brake at the rear for extra safety. Additionally, it is well -resistant to lateral peak loads.
The construction of the swivel castor, equipped with a central kingpin, makes it particularly suitable for regular peak loads. The wheel comes with a mounting plate of 105 x 86 mm, a bore diameter of 20 mm, and a construction height of 140 mm. The tread width is 45 mm, and the center distance of the mounting holes is 80/77 x 60 mm, with a diameter of 9 mm for the mounting holes. The inner fork width is 50 mm. The own weight of this swivel castor is 2.40 kg.
The fork (type: HD80) is made of galvanized steel, while the swivel castor itself is made of high-quality polyamide (cast nylon). The temperature range of the wheel is between -30° C and +80° C. This versatile wheel can be mounted under any roll container and dolly in our range.
