This sturdy transport wheel with plate mounting has an impressive load capacity of 800 kg. The tread is made of extra hard nylon with a hardness of 70° ±5° Sh.D, making it particularly suitable for heavy transport on smooth, flat floors without thresholds and dirt. The wheel is also -resistant to lateral peak loads and comes with a mounting plate of 105 x 86 mm.
The axle hole diameter is 20 mm, and the overall height of the swivel castor is 165 mm. The tread width is 45 mm, while the center distance of the mounting holes is 80/77 x 60 mm, with a diameter of 9 mm. The inner fork width is 50 mm, and the wheel itself weighs 2.36 kg. The swivel castor is equipped with a central kingpin, making it particularly suitable for regular peak loads.
The wheel can be easily attached under any roll container and dolly in our range. The fork (type: HD80) is made of galvanized steel, while the swivel castor itself is made of high-quality polyamide (cast nylon). The temperature range of the wheel is from -30°C to +80°C.
