This strong transport wheel with plate attachment has an impressive load capacity of 500 kg and is particularly suitable for heavy transports on smooth, threshold-free, and clean floors. The wheel features a foot brake at the rear and is sustainable, shock-resistant, and equipped with an extremely hard nylon tread (hardness 70° ±5° Sh.D), contributing to excellent rolling properties.
The dimensions of the mounting plate are 105 x 86 mm, with a bore diameter of 15 mm and a construction height of 156 mm. The tread has a width of 45 mm and the center distance of the mounting holes is 82/77 x 60 mm, with a hole diameter of 9 mm. The internal fork width is 50 mm. The wheel weighs 1.63 kg and can be easily attached under any roll container or dolly in our range.
The fork (type: MD50) is made of galvanized steel, while the swivel castor itself is made of polyamide plastic. The temperature range of the wheel ranges from -30° C to +80° C. Thanks to the central kingpin construction, the swivel castor is particularly suitable for regular peak loads.
