This heavy-duty transport wheel with plate mounting has a load capacity of 1000 kg and is equipped with a foot brake at the rear. The tread, made of extra hard nylon (70° ±5° Sh.D), makes the wheel highly suitable for heavy transport on smooth floors without thresholds and debris. The wheel is sustainable, shock-resistant, and weighs 4.65 kg.
The mounting plate measures 135 x 110 mm, with a bore diameter of 25 mm and a construction height of 245 mm. The tread width is 50 mm and the distance between the mounting holes is 105 x 80/75 mm. The diameter of the mounting holes is 11 mm and the internal fork width is 63.5 mm. Thanks to the central kingpin, this swivel castor is very suitable for regular peak loads. This wheel can be attached to any roll container and dolly in our range.
The fork, type HD80, is made of galvanized steel, while the swivel castor itself is made of polyamide plastic. The temperature range of the wheel is -30° C to +80° C.
