Swivel castor PU Ø 200 mm - with ball bearing and Brake - 450 kg

This swivel castor is designed for heavy loads with a load capacity of 450 kg. The wheel is equipped with a tread made of spray polyurethane and a core made of high-quality polyamide, resulting in low rolling resistance and quiet operation. Additionally, the wheel is wear-resistant, streak-free, and features a foot brake at the rear.

This swivel castor comes with a mounting plate measuring 135 x 110 mm. The axle bore diameter is 20 mm, and the overall height of the swivel castor is 238 mm. The tread width is 50 mm, and the center distance of the mounting holes is 105 x 80/75 mm. The hardness of the tread is between 70° and 80° Sh.A. The diameter of the mounting holes is 11 mm, and the internal fork width measures 63.5 mm. The fork, type MD50, is made of galvanized steel, and the wheel has a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. The construction features a central kingpin, making the wheel highly suitable for regular peak loads.

This swivel castor with a polyurethane tread is a good alternative to vulcanized natural rubber, especially when certain chemicals, oils, and fats are involved.
