This transport wheel offers a high load capacity of 650 kg, making it extremely suitable for heavy transport. The wheel has a tread made of cast polyurethane (PU) with a core of black painted cast iron. With a hardness of 90° - 98° Sh.A (HARD), this wheel provides low rolling resistance and a quiet operation. Additionally, it is wear-resistant, streak-free, and -resistant to various oils, minerals, fats, and hydrolysis.
The dimensions of this wheel are as follows: a bore diameter of 20 mm, a height of 150 mm, and a tread width of 50 mm. The weight of the wheel is 3.24 kg, and it is suitable for temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°C. This transport wheel with polyurethane tread is an excellent alternative to vulcanized natural rubber, especially when chemical agents, oils, and fats are involved.
