This strong transport wheel has a high load capacity of 1100 kg, making it particularly suitable for heavy transport. The tread is made of cast polyurethane (PU) with a cast iron core (black lacquered). The hardness of the tread is 90° - 98° Sh.A (HARD), which ensures low rolling resistance and quiet operation. Additionally, the wheel is wear-resistant, streak-free, and -resistant to various oils, minerals, fats, and hydrolysis.
This loose wheel has a bore diameter of 20 mm and a height of 200 mm. The tread is 50 mm wide and the wheel weighs 4.25 kg. The temperature range for this wheel is between -30°C and +80°C. The polyurethane tread makes this wheel suitable as an alternative to solidified natural rubber, especially when chemical agents, oils, and fats are involved. This wheel offers a perfect balance between ride comfort and suitability for heavy loads.
